Which countries do you operate in?
Our headquarters and primary operations are based in Slovakia. However, we provide our services to clients throughout the European Union, particularly in the areas of logistics, packaging, and cooperation with manufacturing partners.
Is long-term storage available?
Yes, long-term storage is available. We can flexibly adapt to our clients’ needs, from short-term warehousing to long-term storage solutions.
Can you provide e-commerce fulfillment?
We are currently working on this service. Our goal is to offer comprehensive fulfillment solutions for e-commerce businesses in the future. At the moment, however, this service is not yet available. We will inform our clients as soon as it is launched.
Is integration with an e-commerce system possible?
Yes, integration is possible upon individual agreement with the client. If you provide us with the necessary access, we can work directly with your systems and adapt our cooperation to your specific technical requirements.
Can you provide custom packaging?
We primarily focus on packaging larger quantities of identical products. We do not normally handle individually customized packaging orders.
However, as part of our Packaging Design service, we can design new packaging, arrange its production, and subsequently package your products.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes, we place great emphasis on environmentally friendly solutions. We offer our clients sustainable alternatives such as eco flow-pack packaging, cardboard pallets, and other eco-friendly packaging materials.
Do you also provide transportation of goods?
Yes, if required, we can also arrange transportation of goods. The type and scope of transport are always tailored individually to the specific requirements of each client.
Is shipment tracking available?
Yes, shipment tracking is available upon individual agreement with the client, especially in cases where it is necessary for process management or delivery control.
